As Alarko Holding we are looking for “Strategy and Business Development Specialist” for our Strategy and Business Development Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or in a related field,
• The successful candidates will have professional experience of 2-5 years in relevant fields,
• Preferably having an External Audit or M&A Advisory background,
• Strong knowledge of finance, economy, industrial analysis, valuations, merger & acquisitions,
• A concrete and clear understanding of Turkish GAAP and IFRS,
• Strong financial modeling, analytical and judgmental skills,
• Effective communication skills,
• Successful team player, self-motivated, and result driven.

Job Description

• Conducting financial modeling, feasibility studies and preparation of detailed business plans,
• Conducting industrial research and analysis for investment opportunities,
• Supporting and taking part in strategy development of Alarko Holding and Group companies,
• Conducting business development activities for new growth initiatives,
• Assisting and taking part in company valuation studies within the scope of strategic planning,
• Supporting and assisting M&A activities of the Group companies.
